The Philosophy – Spring Board Academy Hyderabad

Adding to our Vision and Mission, Springboard Academy believes in abetting philosophy. Our philosophy is based on five parameters

·         Existentialism

·         Essentialism

·         Perennialism

The first three parameters are very important for the students since they are implemented in the class room. The student is observed as the centre of the activities to learn. During the learning process while performing class room activities students will strive for hands on learning which proves the point of Progressivism. The group activities at the Springboard Academy teaches them social gathering and its importance which in turn help them in understanding what they take from society has to be given back for society improvement. This is followed by existentialism which improves their quality of education since they are bound to have complete freedom in learning with complete responsibility.

Essentialism and Perennialism are two responsible parameters in a child growth. Since the teachers and their guides at the SpringboardAcademy Hyderabad choose the plan of action in preparing the curriculum and organize classroom activities. These activities provide them the challenges they face in everyday life which teach them the rules and ethics of solving a problem.
